Developing the Urban Regeneration Framework for Decision-making

Researchers at Edinburgh Napier University are leading a team looking at the state-of-the-art contributions in the fields of regeneration and neighbourhood renewal for the development of Sustainable Communities. This will include case studies in Manchester and Salford, as ’gateways’ to the development of sustainable communities.

The data will be captured in line with the Egan recommendations (2004) and used to develop a process map of sustainable urban regeneration, as well as a set of use characteristics to aid SURegen workbench development.
